Boston-based artist Natalya Bernstein is best known for her vibrant investigation of spirituality, human behavior, relationships, and Torah through multi-media, 2D artworks that have appeared in numerous Boston-area exhibitions. Born in Moscow, Russia in 1992, Bernstein was raised in Milford, Massachusetts. She studied Art Education at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (BFA, 2014). As the on-staff artist in-residence at Temple Israel of Boston, Bernstein designs and teaches art courses for the preschool, religious school and adult community. When she is not teaching, she can be found painting in her studio, reading in local bookstores or biking around the city.
